Tomica Moore

AI Transformation Strategist. Legal Operations Expert. The Translator Between Legal Teams and Technology.

Twenty years of experience at the intersection of high-stakes technology deployments, organizational transformation, and AI governance. I have worked inside BigLaw, legal AI technology companies, and enterprise operations. I know what works because I have seen what does not.

ABOUT

Tomica (Tomi) Moore is an AI Transformation Strategist and Legal Operations Expert based in Dallas, Texas. Her career spans more than two decades across law firms, legal technology companies, and enterprise organizations, with a consistent focus on one thing: closing the gap between legal complexity and emerging technology.

She began her legal career at Brown McCarroll in Longview, Texas, moved through the operational infrastructure of Littler Mendelson, worked inside legal AI at Brainspace, and has been documenting AI's trajectory in legally consequential environments since 2016, years before it became a boardroom priority.

Tomi is the creator of the AI Infrastructure Vision Test, a proprietary diagnostic tool for assessing organizational AI readiness before scaling, and the ARIA Risk Framework, a federally copyrighted pre-engagement ROI and risk qualification methodology that determines whether an engagement is worth pursuing before any resources are committed. She is a member of the Anita Borg Institute, a CLOC member, Women in eDiscovery (Dallas Chapter) member, and a Grace Hopper Celebration 2026 speaker candidate.

Outside of her professional work, Tomi is a full-time mom, a memoir writer, and co-founder of Dallas Art Advisory. She enjoys reading, jogging, mentoring the next generation of women in technology, and a well chosen glass of Oregon Pinot Noir, Burgundy, or Provence rosé. Recently she picked up golf clubs to join her son Winston on the course, because some pursuits are worth starting from scratch. Her soundtrack shifts between R&B, house music, jazz, and strings, with occasional stops at hi-fi lounges and a genuine love of vinyl. She has a standing dream of learning to play the violin one day, because if there is one thing twenty years has taught her, it is that there is always more to learn. Here we grow.

Two Frameworks. Two Lenses. One Strategic Picture.

Most AI assessments treat risk and readiness as the same thing.

AI Risk Intelligence Assessment: measures your organization's risk exposure across five critical domains: strategy, data, workforce, governance, and technology. It tells you where you are vulnerable, where your AI investments are likely to underperform, and what your liability surface looks like before you scale.

AI Infrastructure Vision Test:  measures infrastructure readiness. It evaluates whether the systems, architecture, and operational foundations you have in place can actually support the AI initiatives you are planning or have already begun.

Together, they give you the full picture. Separately, each one tells you something the other cannot.

FRAMEWORKS

These are not slide deck concepts. They were built from practice.

AI Infrastructure Vision Test™

Most organizations do not have an AI problem. They have a readiness problem they have not diagnosed yet.

The AIVT is an optometrist-inspired assessment framework that surfaces the gap between what your organization believes it can do with AI and what the evidence shows it is actually prepared to sustain. It evaluates your infrastructure, data, governance, and workforce readiness and tells you exactly where you stand before you invest further.

Built for boards, leadership teams, and legal departments preparing to make consequential technology decisions.

AI Risk Intelligence Assessment™

Your excitement about an opportunity is not a strategy.

ARIA is a pre-engagement risk scoring methodology that gives organizations the intelligence to evaluate any high-stakes engagement before committing resources, capital, or time. A law firm can assess whether a prospective client is worth taking on. A consultant can determine whether an engagement will deliver ROI before the contract is signed. A small business can score an opportunity the same way an enterprise sales team qualifies a deal at thirty, sixty, or ninety days.

For decades, that qualification logic existed only inside large sales organizations. ARIA makes it available at every scale, across every vertical.
